We carefully prepare and pack each monthly ritual with love and intention. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, delivery estimates and shipping responsibilities.
Processing Times
Subscription orders are prepared and dispatched according to our monthly shipping schedule.
Orders placed before the monthly cut-off date will be included in the upcoming month's shipment.
Orders placed after the cut-off date may be included in the following month's shipment.
Please refer to individual product pages or subscription information for current cut-off dates.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Australia.
International shipping may be available to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any promotional pricing, subscription discounts or foundation member offers do not include shipping unless specifically stated.

Australia
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
Regional Areas: 5–14 business days
International
Estimated delivery times:
7–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive deliveries if required.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order.
Wren & Words cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please first check your tracking information.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

Photos of the damaged packaging
Photos of the damaged items
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or import charges that may be applied by their country.
Wren & Words is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Monthly Subscription Shipments
As Wren & Words is a monthly subscription service, all subscribers receive the same themed monthly ritual during each shipping cycle.
Shipment dates may vary slightly depending on production schedules, public holidays and seasonal demand.
We will always do our best to keep subscribers informed of any significant delays.

Orders are processed according to our monthly shipping schedule and are not dispatched immediately after purchase.

Monthly Shipping Schedule
Wren & Words operates on a monthly shipping schedule.
Orders placed before the 20th of each month will receive the upcoming month's ritual.
Orders placed on or after the 20th of the month will receive the following month's ritual.
This allows us time to carefully curate, prepare and pack each monthly collection before dispatch.
For example:
Order on 10 July → Receive the August Ritual
Order on 25 July → Receive the September Ritual
If there are any changes to our monthly shipping schedule due to public holidays, supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify subscribers via email.
